As soon as we discovered the opportunity to film two of our AllModern UnEditors (aka influencers), my job was to brainstorm some concepts we could film and use on site. As a known plant guru, Hilton was the perfect person to teach our customers some plant tips – and beef up our PDP in the process. And Erin? Well, when you add Erin, things are guaranteed to get interesting.

Audio advertising

Confession: I love podcasts. Naturally, I bugged our marketing team endlessly about advertising on podcasts. (“Article does it! Casper does it! The Citizenry does it!”) And finally, they listened. My job was to concept and write scripts for an audio ad that would catch the listener’s attention and get them to site, period. Since we ended up partnering with iHeartRadio for our placement, I used music as inspiration for one of the concepts. And the other? Let’s just say my CMO was truly inspirational.
