AllModern hosted the Welcome Party for 2019’s Alt Oasis in Palm Springs, CA. The creative team was called upon to create printed collateral for the party, as well as an overarching theme to tie it all together. The intent of this project was to create a branded experience that conference goers would remember, enjoy, and share with their followers after the conference.

So, I guess “shoe-fies” are a thing? The PR team requested a series of floor decals that could be placed around the party grounds that would entice guests to take a picture, post, and share with the rest of their social media circle. There was also a standard photo backdrop setup to encourage further photography.

Printed signs to welcome guests to the party, direct them to pick up favors, and explain the various stations set up around the area.
